Privacy

Your information stays uniquely yours.

What you and your clients share with Sunny is used to answer you, and for nothing else. Never sold, never used to train anything, never read by anyone here unless you send it to us.

  • Sunny writes the email into your Gmail drafts, and you read it and press send. Nothing reaches a client, a lead or your CRM without you.

  • What you text her, plus the accounts you choose to connect, like your Gmail. Never your other iMessages, and forwarding one message doesn’t give her the rest of the conversation.

  • There’s no screen for it. The one exception is a reply you send to a message from our team, and Sunny tells you when she passes it on. If something breaks, Sunny drafts a bug report, shows you, and sends it only if you say yes.

  • Your conversations are processed to answer you and deleted by the AI provider within 30 days. They are never used to train anything.

  • Social Security and bank numbers are never stored, even if they’re buried in a 20-page PDF.
