Sunny is an assistant for real estate agents that lives in your text messages. There is no app, no dashboard and nothing to log into. You save a number and you text it.
Why it exists
Agents already run their business out of their messages. The offer, the date change, the client who is worried about the roof: all of it arrives as a text, usually while you are driving somewhere.
The tools built to catch that information all share one flaw. They are a second place you have to go. So the CRM sits empty, the dates live in your head, and January is spent reconstructing a year from your bank statement.
Sunny does not ask you to go anywhere. It reads the conversation you were already having and keeps the record for you: the deal, the dates, the client, the drive you paid for. The point is not that it is clever. The point is that it is where the work already happens.
How we build it
Three rules, and they are in the code rather than in a values page.
- It drafts, you send. Nothing goes out under your name without you reading the exact words. The approval is pinned to that text, so a single changed character means it asks again. This is enforced by the database, not by good intentions.
- Your deals are yours. Separation between agents is enforced at the database itself, not by a setting somebody could flip. Client screenshots are read for what the deal needs and then thrown away.
- No advertising, ever. We do not sell your data, we do not rent it, and there is no version of this that is funded by knowing things about your clients.
What it will not do
It does not price your listing, negotiate for you, or talk to your client. It is not a broker and it does not give legal or financial advice. It is built on language models and it will sometimes be confidently wrong, which is exactly why a human reads everything before it goes.
Where it is right now
A private pilot, free, eight agents at a time. That number is not scarcity marketing: it is how many people one small team can actually pay attention to while the product is still finding its edges. We would rather find the rough parts with ten agents than with a thousand.
Next is the rest of your side of the table. A partner, a coordinator, an assistant, all texting the same Sunny about the same deal so it keeps one memory instead of four.
Who we are
Sunny is built by H2N LLC, a small company. Today that is a short list of people and one phone number, which is part of why the pilot is small.
Note for Henry: this is the one paragraph I could not write for you. Replace it with who you are, why a real estate assistant, and what you did before. Agents are being asked to trust you with their clients' information, and a name and a face does more for that than anything else on this page.
