Sunny is an assistant for real estate agents that you text. You send the update after a showing; it keeps the details, drafts the follow-up, and reminds you what’s next.
Why
The useful part of an agent’s day arrives as texts and calls. The tools built to hold it are a second place to go, so they go stale. Sunny meets the update where it already is.
Two rules
- Nothing reaches a client unless you send it. You send the drafts. Email goes out only when you approve the exact draft, from your own account.
- Your records are yours. Kept apart from every other agent’s. Screenshots are read and discarded. Ask for a copy or deletion any time.
What it won’t do
Price your listing, negotiate, or talk to your client. It runs on language models and can be confidently wrong, so you read everything first.
Where it is
A private group of U.S. agents while we scale; there is no charge during the pilot. Apply on the home page; nobody is ever charged without agreeing to it first.
